1,379 respondents were asked in the survey (aged 18-65).

According to a survey conducted by Megafon for Danske Medier concerning Danes’ behaviour in relation to job hunting, more Danes explore their job opportunities. The reason is primarily a continued and relatively strong job market, as the survey also shows that Danes are as content with their current positions as they have always been.

More people are simply open to a new position. The number of people that never apply for a new position have dropped significantly - from 27 % to 19 %. And more people explore their opportunities more often. As a matter of fact, every 4th Dane regularly explores his/her opportunities as opposed to every 5th Dane last year.
