The Upgrade team are designing and implementing Upgrades on our equipment and production lines to increase efficiency, environmental aspects as well as health & safety items. You are mainly working for the local market but you are connected with your colleagues in all markets of ECA sharing reference solutions and capacity.
As a Project Management Specialist for our Upgrades department, you will be responsible for performing pre-project and project management tasks associated with quoting, resource managing, and delivering processing upgrades to our customers across the Nordics. You will also be responsible for providing commercial expertise to customers, sales force and internal stakeholders by having a deep understanding of the service portfolio, expertise in commercial offers and preparation of quotations including legal terms and conditions.

You will be part of the training activities from the beginning to the end. You will participate in the development of new training material and conduct both classroom and field training for internal and external employees. - Prepare and maintain training material
- Stay up-to-date on the turbine technology in our portfolio
- Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements

You will join a fast-paced and collaborative team, working closely with engineers and customers to design, build, and deliver software that solves the biggest challenges faced by IT and facility managers. We release new SaaS features and iterative improvements continually so proactive communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is key. To do so, you will:
- Identify customer needs through customer interviews, industry events, and input from the sales teams
- Collaborate closely with the product owners to prioritize feature development
- Enable our internal sales team and global network of partners to bring this software to market
You will collaborate with colleagues across time zones and travel 20% of the time to visit customers and other Schneider Electric R&D locations, as well as participate in trade shows and other industry events.
