Danfoss Cooling Segment (DCS) is looking for an experienced leader to fill the role as Senior Director for Sales Controlling. The position is a senior business partnering role for the Senior Vice President of Sales, the Sales Management Team as well as the divisions and product lines in DCS. As Senior Director you will be will be part of the Cooling Finance Leadership Team and also of the Sales Leadership Team.
Your role is to act as the operational and strategic business partner towards a diverse stakeholder group and to be the financial radar of the sales organization. It is your responsibility to ensure transparency as well as predictability of the DCS sales controlling activities. You will be an essential part of the decision making process to ensure that we are meeting our short-term targets and mid- and long-term ambitions and are following our strategic direction.
