Your job will roughly be divided into two phases: Implementation and optimisation. In phase one you will focus on enabling our outsourcing partner (BPO provider) to take over the handling of the A/R processes – following LEO policies and authority legislation. We have already started this phase with transferring part of the processes in almost all European countries.
