As our new Legal Compliance Manager in Demant you will become part of the global Group Legal & Compliance function consisting of 15 highly skilled and motivated lawyers around the world, who are all dedicated to help the business succeed.
As Legal Compliance Manager, we want you to help us strengthening our compliance processes equivalent to the practices and market globally. To start, you will focus on whistleblower, business ethics, anti-bribery and corruption policies which shall be rolled out globally.
- Designing a new whistleblower hotline and implementing it throughout the business
- Designing and writing processes to eliminate or mitigate potential compliance risks
