Here, you will work alongside 6 colleagues whose purpose is to drive sustainable growth, by optimising commercial momentum through; defining our strategic choices on where to play and driving commercial effectiveness in our customer investments by defining how to win.
As senior manager for revenue management, you’ll be the functional lead for driving effective resource deployment across markets’; the where to play side of Revenue Management. Specifically, you’ll:
- Drive innovation across Market & Customer Segmentation; ensuring our approach remains relevant to our commercial situation and challenges
- Develop implementation roadmaps to support business move investments from legacy-based allocation to fact-based, strategically driven allocation methods

At Danfoss Drives we are currently looking for a Global Key Account Manager – located in Germany or Denmark. Within our global matrix organization, you will be working in an international team and set-up to provide excellent Sales expertise.
In this role, you will be responsible for the global coordination of high-level key account management for selected customers from heavy industry and automation industry. Additionally, you will develop and onboard new accounts into this selected group on a long-term perspective.
You will negotiate and take responsibility for global contracts, pricing and agreements as well as strategic customer and business development. You will provide encompassing customer care regarding all short- and long-term customer needs within projects as well as in all stages of sales execution.

To maximize the growth and profitability of the business in the region, one of your main responsibilities will be to sell a broad product portfolio of solutions within SurTec’s four fields of application. Together with two Technical Sales Specialists you will expand the market and take the company to the next level.
You will manage the business through strategic planning and optimal utilization of financial and human resources and will create the annual operating plan. You will be home based and part of a Global Sales team. You will report directly to the CEO of the SurTec Group, based in Germany.
