We are currently looking for a Head of Audit to support the Regional Chief Auditor in Scandinavia.
This is a senior role focused on helping the Scandinavian Board and Executive Management to protect the assets and reputation of Codan/Trygg-Hansa, and to contribute to sustainable improvement in the Region’s Governance, and Risk and Control Framework.
The role supports the Regional Chief Auditor in the development and delivery of a risk based audit plan; the reporting of the audit results and analysis of the control environment to the Scandinavia Executive Team, Regional and Group Audit Committees and Boards; influencing senior management and executives regarding risk and control improvements; leading the Regional Audit Team; and ensuring compliance with professional practices and regulatory requirements.

The Accounting Team Lead in NOV Flexibles Denmark (NOVF DK) will lead a team that has responsibility for all daily accounting activities in our busy Denmark Finance team.
The Accounting Team Lead is supported by 3 direct reports who can cover all activities in the team during periods of planned and unplanned absences. The Accounting Team Lead will work closely with colleagues in the Finance team to ensure all reporting obligations to Corporate and the Subsea business unit are met.
The Accounting Team Lead will also take an active role in ensuring all processes are operating efficiently and all controls remain effective. They will work with other departments in the business to ensure vendors are paid on a timely basis to avoid any disruption to operations, support the project department to ensure customers pay NOV within agreed terms and NOV travellers are reimbursed for their travel expenses in a timely manner.

PANDORA IS SEARCHING FOR A HIGH-PERFORMANCE TREASURY DIRECTOR TO HEAD UP CORPORATE TREASURY IN PANDORA WITH KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF ENSURING OPTIMAL CAPITAL EFFICIENCY AND VALUE-CREATING FINANCIAL RISK MANAGEMENT.
As Treasury Director of PANDORA, you will be heading up a team of 3 experienced Treasury Managers and have impact at the highest level of PANDORA including top management and Board of Directors. Corporate Treasury will be driving capital efficiency of PANDORA including working capital optimization, funding, corporate bank relationships and finally capital structure including efficient execution of dividend pay-outs and share buyback programs. Corporate Treasury is also responsible for financial risk management predominantly hedging of raw material exposure (mainly gold and silver) and hedging of the foreign exchange exposure.
The role will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the German & Austrian organization and will report to the Finance Leader of North West sub region. Key responsibilities include driving the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing direction for ad hoc financial analyses and overseeing the country reporting and accounting processes. This position will also play a critical role as the business partner of the country manager.

- Oversee FP&A activities for Germany & Austria, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, core financial analysis and other activities as needed
- Operate as a business partner to commercial and operational leaders in the region while providing financial direction to the organization
